Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist to spearhead our client acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness initiatives. The ideal candidate should be results-driven, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a solid understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

    • Identify new business opportunities, build a qualified pipeline of leads, and manage the entire sales cycle.

    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.

  2. Marketing Campaigns & Content

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, events, etc.).

    • Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral that effectively communicate our value proposition.

    • Leverage analytics and metrics to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

  3. Relationship Building & Client Management

    • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

    • Act as a key point of contact to address client inquiries, feedback, and resolution of any issues.

  4. Brand Awareness & Promotion

    • Increase brand visibility through networking events, trade shows, and strategic partnerships.

    • Collaborate on content strategy (blog posts, newsletters, social media) to raise brand awareness and attract qualified leads.

    • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

  5. Reporting & Analysis

    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales targets, conversion rates, and campaign metrics.

    • Prepare regular reports for management on progress, insights, and recommendations.

    • Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize results.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.

  • Technical & Marketing Skills:

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    • Proficiency with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.

    • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.).

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Nice-to-Have:

    • Experience within the technology or digital solutions sector.

    • Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
