Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist to spearhead our client acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness initiatives. The ideal candidate should be results-driven, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a solid understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities, build a qualified pipeline of leads, and manage the entire sales cycle.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
Marketing Campaigns & Content
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, events, etc.).
Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Leverage analytics and metrics to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Relationship Building & Client Management
Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Act as a key point of contact to address client inquiries, feedback, and resolution of any issues.
Brand Awareness & Promotion
Increase brand visibility through networking events, trade shows, and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate on content strategy (blog posts, newsletters, social media) to raise brand awareness and attract qualified leads.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Reporting & Analysis
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales targets, conversion rates, and campaign metrics.
Prepare regular reports for management on progress, insights, and recommendations.
Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
Technical & Marketing Skills:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.).
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience within the technology or digital solutions sector.
Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
